the Process:
The Chat
Everything starts with a call, by clicking the TALK TO ME button and scheduling a call in my calendar we get the ball rolling. The initial chat will be about you, your business, and the project you need professional help with. During this call, I'll aim to answer all questions you may have, but you don't need to prepare anything beforehand. This call is where we see if we’re a fit and for me to understand better what I can do for you.
The Proposal
After our first call, I will take some time and really dig into your project request and research your business and market. If I believe that I'm the right designer for you then I will send you a proposal covering everything from the proposed solution, process and pricing, all cards will be on the table before we start. If I believe I’m not the right fit for you, or if that proposal just wasn’t what you were looking for, then I won’t leave you hanging, but I’ll advise you on what to do next.
Tie the knot and seal the deal
If you accept my proposal, a contract will be written up and signed by the both of us. Just so that we’re all feeling safe and happy before we dig into the fun stuff. Before I start working I will invoice you 50% of the total before the start any work.
Time to make magic
Finally, it’s time for the good stuff! I’ll get to work while you sit back and relax. I’ll take you through every step of the process so that you feel in control and that the end result is as awesome as you are!
The hand over
Once your project is all polished to perfection and ready to rock, I’ll take you through anything and everything you need to know to feel confident with running the show. Finally, when everything has been handed over to you I’ll send you the final invoice with the remaining 50%.
No need to say good bye
But that’s not the end, I stay in touch with my clients and make sure they’re happy with their project. I offer maintenance plans as well as I’m always just an email away should you ever have any questions or need anything.
